Why I No Longer Offer Free Calls

Like you, I have spent a lot of time developing my skills

Testing, researching, and staying up to date on industry trends and software updates to provide value to my clients is very time consuming and sometimes costly.  As much as I want to help everyone who needs it, I can’t give my time, and knowledge away for free.

My time, like yours deserves to be valued. 

If I asked you to come to my house and perform a service for free or give me some free product, I would hope you would refuse my request.  If you are giving your time away for free…stop doing that!

What a free call costs me…

Free calls, emails, and DM’s asking me for my expertise cuts into my paying customers experience or the time I have to work on my own business and it often falls into my off time.

What is gained from a call with me…

I CAN’T make it though a single phone call or Zoom meeting without giving actionable tips to use in your business immediately.  You walk away with advice that WILL make you more money and I am left short on time, likely losing money, and feeling icky.

No shows aren’t cool

I’m sure I don’t need to explain myself here.  When a customer books a free service or consult from your business and doesn’t show up or answer your calls about the appointment it is beyond frustrating.  

I think it is only fair that we BOTH make money from the conversation we have about YOUR business and the experience you offer your customers.
